Every year, the hotel celebrates the Hina-matsuri festival, offering a beautiful and cultural experience for families. The extensive bus tours from the lobby provided our family with easy access to various attractions, adding convenience and excitement to our stay.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel could offer more children's activities or play areas to enhance the family experience.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities, such as the Jacuzzi and massage services, fulfilled all our needs and made our stay truly special. the room was spacious and had exclusive advantages like a private facility and in-room breakfast.

The service at the tour desk could have been better. We asked for recommendations on places of interest, but the staff member was not very helpful.

I was thrilled with the location of Keio Plaza Hotel, just a short walk from Shinjuku station. There were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the area, making it easy to find a quick bite to eat.

I accidentally spilled a soft drink on the quilt in my room. Although they couldn't provide another quilt, they promptly replaced it with a blanket.

The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with a convenient bath, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep. The hotel provides charging cables and sockets next to the bed, which is handy for travelers. The staff is friendly and helpful. Tochomae train station is a short 3-minute walk away, and Shinjuku station is within a 12-minute walking distance. it is a good hotel to stay in.

I chose this hotel for attending a town hall meeting, and it provided an incredible assortment of meeting rooms of various sizes that can be used for purposes ranging from grand ceremonies to intimate parties. The spacious and well-equipped meeting rooms made my work experience very convenient and productive.

I missed having a dedicated business center with full services like printing, scanning, and secretarial assistance, which would have been helpful for my work needs.

The Dining Zone provided a place to relax during all mealtimes, and I must say, their breakfast buffet was like a symphony of flavors. The selection was so diverse, it felt like I was taking a culinary world tour without leaving my seat.

The hotel staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to help arrange surprises, such as the delivery of a birthday bouquet to my wife. com. The hotel's amenities, including the airport limousine bus and children amenities, were greatly appreciated. the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo exceeded our expectations for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a direct shuttle to the airport at a reasonable price. Well-located for shopping, dining, and transportation. Plenty of restaurant and shopping options within the building. Conveniently opposite the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building.

The location of the hotel was superb, just a short walk from Shinjuku train station. This made it very convenient for transportation and exploring the city. Additionally, being located in the business area of Shinjuku meant that there were plenty of shops, department stores, and restaurants nearby for us to enjoy.

The price of the breakfast buffet was quite high, considering that there was nothing special about the food.

My recent stay at Keio Plaza Hotel was wonderful. I stayed there for a week while exploring the city. The location was perfect, with Shinjuku train station just a 5-minute walk away. There were also plenty of food streets and shops nearby, making it super convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean, and my room even had a view of Mt. Fuji. The hotel staff were friendly and could speak English well, which was a bonus. it was a great value for money and I highly recommend this hotel.

Each time I stay, it feels like coming home. The staff helped me find transport on my first visit. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, fitness center, massage. Ideal for a city break.

Unfortunately, I misplaced one of my breakfast coupons and wasn't able to use it. Despite my disappointment, the room was comfortable and the location was convenient.

The Kaiseki dinner was a fascinating mix of temple cuisine and samurai food. I tried soba for the first time and it was magically nourishing. The hotel's facilities offered everything from massages to beauty treatments, making me feel like a goddess.

Oh, how I adored the array of 22 restaurants, but alas, so little stomach space!
